Dan: What Lisa said along with Bladerunner and Casablanca.

Do you have any favorite books?
Lisa: They make me sleepy.

Lisa & Dan: Oh Yeah... boy do we. It was our trip up to see them in Green Bay. We explained all the fun we had in the Red Elvises yahoo group. on post #2249 called "wirlwind magical extravaganzacal experience."

Interviewer's note: And an expanded version of Lisa & Dan's write up of their trip is also included in this Red Pages issue!

Which show is your favorite of the Red Elvises shows you've seen?
Lisa: They’ve all been so much fun. It’s really hard to pick. I’d have to say my favorite was the first time we saw them at Vnuk’s in Cudahay, Wisconsin. Nothing like seeing the Red Elvises for the very first time.
Dan:. The anticipation, excitement, and then enjoyment of hearing them live for the first time makes the first the best.

Any other standout, all time great memories of shows you’ve seen so far?
Lisa: Sharing our love of Red Elvises with my bro and friends and watching them smile.
Dan: Limbo man. There was this guy at Vnuk’s that was totally wasted and he kept bending backwards like he was doing make believe limbo. He never fell, he’d bend over really far sometimes, and every time he did it made Lisa and I laugh.

But that was a funny memory. My two favorites so far would be the show at the Northern Lights Theater. We invited friends and family, the lighting and sound were spectacular, and everyone in the band put on the show of their lives like they always do. And my second favorite would have to be all the time we got to spend with the guys and Elena. Lot’s of fun great memories.

What are your favorite Red Elvises songs?
Lisa: "Groovie." It gets into my blood and I can just feel the music. "Belly Dance."
Dan: "Belly Dance." It has a seductiveness that draws you in, Igor blasts you with those amazing riffs, and you get to see all the girls on the stage belly dancing. Lisa is going to get me for that one. "Rocket Man," "El Niño."

What would you like to see them do in the future? Any ideas? Anything you’d like to say to the band?
Lisa: Summerfest here in Milwaukee.
Dan: Them to play for Lisa for her Birthday. Red Elvises as musical guest on SNL. Lisa & Dan: We love you guys. We’re fans for life.

Okay, last question… Do you have anything you’d especially like to say to all the fans?
Lisa: Get the DVD. It helps you get through the withdrawals.
Dan: She cracks me up. All of you have great taste in music and keep supporting the Red Elvises. Lisa & Dan: Red Elvises Rock!!!
